So I bought an item. I see the tracking info and it says it was delivered to my mailbox. It wasn't. What happens now? Am I out my item because the mailman delivered it to the wrong address, or is the seller responsible to send another or refund? I did send a message to seller asking them if they would send another item. It was quite inexpensive, so I don't think there will be a problem. However, myself as a seller, that is a fear I always have...that the buyer says they never received the item.
