The description had an error and the buyer thought he was getting something that he is not. I offer to adjust the price and he took that offer. He already paid and I need to give him a discount. How can I do that?
Issue a partial refund through the PayPal transaction (you will find an Issue a refund link in the transaction details). Just make sure you overwrite the amount to what you have agreed to, it defaults to the entire transaction amount.
