final value fee

Would the final value fee on cds be 10% as for records, or 12%?   Would the final value fee be the same for the shipping?   I was charged 12% on both the CD's I sold plus the shipping.

@gertie604  The 12% fee is correct.  "Music (except Records category)"  Since CD's are music but not records the fee is 12%
