experiencing problems with Team Access (formerly Multi‑User Account Access)

My remote team member is international and recently she cannot log in to complete drafts. I (US based) have resent her access several times but she keeps getting an error message “ Not authorized to access this page” anyone experiencing this issue and any solution? Thank you!

Are you using Seller Hub? You must be opted-in to Seller Hub. If you're not yet opted-in, you can opt in here > Seller Hub


How to get to Team Access from Seller Hub :

 

Look in the Selling Tools area and click on the Seller Dashboard link

 

  • Select > Seller Account
  • Select > Account Preferences
  • Select > Team Access

You can get to Team Access even faster by clicking on the Hi...dropdown and selecting Account Settings. After you click on account settings, you'll see a Team Access link under Account Preferences.

Was she previously able to log in to Team Access (MUAA), or did it never work for her?

 

Is she logging in using an account set up with the email address used to send the invitation for Team Access?  That is critical.

Yes, She has been using MUA for almost a year. Log in every day to complete drafts same email to account and invite. Until July 14 2025. She gets the “ Not authorized” error message.

From the Team Access Help page:

 

"Once you've selected the permissions you wish to grant to another eBay member, they can only act on your behalf while in Seller Hub, and can only perform the tasks you've given them permission for. Your password and any other personal details associated with your account are secure and won't be shared with the accounts you invite through Team access."

I just received clarification: Currently, only eBay members in the USA, UK, and Germany can use Team Access. All team members must be registered in the same country for the feature to work.
