ebay system error

Hello guys. For a few weeks I am encountering a huge issue on my ebay account!

Everytime I scan and add a tracking number at a sale, the system marks it down instantly as "Delivered on August 25th"

Same date on each sale no matter the date is sold and tracking number added. The buyers are fricking down as they think it's a scam. I tried to calm them down and make them track the package online but most don't want and because the sale is marked down as delivered they open request as "Item Not Received"

Most of them are emailing me like 5 - 10 times in panic wondering what is happening!

I contacted ebay numerous times and I ended up begging them to solve this matter and nothing! Ebay does nothing to help us that's why I started email the guys affected by this, to stop using ebay as it's not secure at all and if they will encounter issues there is a huge possibility for ebay not to resolve it!

It sounds like you should manually add the tracking #s until the issue is fixed.

It is doing the same either I add the tracking manually or scan it with my ebay app.
