eBay keeps entering a 4 digit number following the zip code on my shipping address.

It wont let me delete the 4 digits. Even if I create a new shipping address, eBay inputs the 4 digits that have nothing to do with my address. How do I fix this?

Many zip codes have an additional 4 digit option.  Are the digits being added correct for your zip code?  If you aren't sure, you could check with the local post office. Or if you have any recent post mail received that you can look to see if your address on the label includes those same numbers.  If so, you should be fine.

Now if its putting in some other numbers, or numbers that aren't correct for your area, then are you trying to use cached data (auto-fill) from your browser history, and that data is wrong?

I would try another browser or the app, to see if the problem follows in that case and if not, you may need to clear the browser cache for your normal browser to correct it, or even clear the cookies to remove any remembered data for websites.  Or turn off the auto-fill to see if that's causing the problem.
