Wrong size in item u ordered sent

Ebay stated wrong size of fender flairs i ordered. Adds says 69 .5 inches. Item sent was 66 inches. Seller RecPro. Rec pro called eBay and they will not return the cost to me of $58 for return shipping.  BEWARE.

Open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, wrong item.  Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund.  Do not pay for the return yourself.   If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
