I received a message from a potential buyer stating that they would like to purchase something in my store but is hesitant that my store hasn't been verified? I am wondering if or how to check on this information as this hasn't been an issue prior.

This potential Buyer may be thinking of another platform where accounts are verified. EBay does not have that feature. Instead the Buyer can review the feedback your Buyers leave for you.
