I've been a seller now for quite some time. So yes, I have had my share of violations of this type. What is difficult for me, personally is that I never know EXACTLY what it is I do/ did wrong. I mean there is the OBVIOUS of taking pictures without ones consent; but hey, if I found it free floating on the interweb--believe me it is no longer yours. Anyway, my main question is, eBay always states in their 'scolding emails' after they threaten to shut you down and ruin your life, potentially taking your house out from under you and maybe leaving you a used blanket and sunflower seeds....(I kid, I joke, Its me, Live with it)., that 'If one feels this action was done in a matter you believe was unwarranted and/ or you need further clarification; please contact the company at www.whatevercompanyisthatpetty.com. 

I kid you not EVERY SINGLE TIME THIS HAPPENS, I email said company. Be them is the US or overseas [by the way, I now have a remarkable memorization of where many products are produced/ created/ originate from... so is it wrong of me to still list it and simply opt out of Global shipping and not show my listings to that given country...  0.o that was a serious question... But I do this. I TAKE MY TIME. I think before I type [not like in these boards, obviously--brain free flow take it or leave, delete, just don't tell me. And NEVER. NOT ONCE. Have I ever received a single explanation as to why they 'turned me in' if you will. Like really? You are going to eBay about little old ME who just so happens to be GIFTED one of your highly toxic no-natural ingredient listed items that WAS LEGITIMATELY PAID FOR so if you have your OWN business running the straight and narrow you got yours, amirite? So come on, if I don't need it, why can I not just post a photo, yes it was a random one I got online; but NOT FROM YOUR WEB SITE EVEN! Or sorry, I do or do NOT need to put the (R) (c) (TM) After your product/ brand because I am not affiliated with it and honestly am gonna lose money on it selling 99 cents free ship to be honest, but hey, it generates traffic, so thats a plus!
