I have an offer on two of my magazines from a buyer in Great Britain. If I accept the offer will it automatically assign the new International shipping. In the offer, it shows a GB address as the offeror's address. I want to send it through the new program but if I accept the offer and it doesn't allow me to use the new program and I have to ship it through regular International I will lose money. In the former program I believe it showed the offeror's address as Kentucky. Am I wrong? My settings say I'm enrolled in the new program.

@dan_sweeps The address for eBay International Shipping Program is in Illinois ( Kentucky is the old GSP forwarding center location).
Don't accept the offer. Relist both magazines in ONE listing as a Buy It Now with agreed on price.
EIS orders can't be combined without doing a work around.
What I do is the same thing I did for the Global Shipping Program.
Ask the buyer NOT to pay until all auctions are ended. (Make sure you don't have auto unpaid cancelation set up for too short of a time. )
Then let your buyer know how you will combine the orders....
Cancel all of the sales as problem with buyers address.
Relist combining ALL of the items into ONE Buy It Now listing. This can only be done if the items are similar and from the same category.
To save time so you don't have to take new pictures save a copy of the main photo from each of the other listings to upload onto the new listing. Right click on the photo and select save as... name it something easy to find. The photo will be saved to your download folder, not the pictures folder.
Then you can just add the saved photos to the new listing.
