Use CHAT instead of CALL when trying to reach a live agent.

Does anyone have any step by step or advise for connecting to a live agent via chat as opposed to calling them? Sometimes I'm on ebay on my desktop and cannot use my phone since I may be calling someone else or doing another task on it, but the only options AI gives me is to call eBay. However, chat usually is a lot better for me especially since I can have a record of my chat with the agent. Please HELP!

You can request for Ebay to call you so your calls will not be interrupted.
