Unable to generate label to hong kong - red error message - tried everything...ebay tech team aware?

any fixes that someone can share?

ironically when I go to usps.com I can generate a more expensive label through priority with no issues, yet ebay international not working through ebay which is what the buyer paid for. thanks!

Hong Kong labels require a very specific format, and are very problematic.

The suggested solution is to print the label via PayPal.

thank you, paypal / shipstation is having trouble validating the address, so far the best option is usps website directly, will call ebay again tomorrow - regards
