I sold a laptop back in November, I shipped it USPS priority mail, the tracking showed that USPS could not access the delivery location which was a 3rd party delivery service. I think the package was going to be reshipped out of the country. Well the customer filed a complaint that he/she didn't get the package and that they wanted their money back. At the same time eBay banned the customer's account. So he contacted his bank to try to get his money back, and now eBay has my money on hold for the last couple weeks. I've contacted the USPS several times and have been told different stories about where my package is. One call I was told the package showed it was actually delivered to the 3rd party company, and when I called a second time I was told that the package was not delivered yet, and that the 3rd party company might of picked it up from the USPS post office, but that it was still being investigated. Today my case says it has been closed, I never received a call, never got an email about what happened to my package. So my money is still sitting on hold, and no package to be found. I have a feeling that I will end up losing my money and the item I sold. Anyone else ever have this happen to them? what was the outcome?

What does the tracking show? You have completed your obligation if tracking shows DELIVERED to the reshipper.
