USPS Shipping Rate Insanity!

YSo, since the latest USPS Rate Hike of this month, how many small-time struggling eBay home businesses do you think will be closing up shop over the next couple months? 

I dont know, and we may never know-- but I can guarantee it is the final blow to an already- struggling sector of our working class; 

Time for some blame game: 

1) The United States Postal service along with some cast of characters probably known as 'Regulators' made an Agreement a few years ago with China. Our people thought it'd be perfectly great to allow China merchants of ALL SIZES and stature, be it mom and pop shop or multi huge company--to ship their goods into the USA using our Postal System processes for a fraction of the price they used to pay; this created the 'E-packet' and was the beginning of goods appearing on eBay with prices like $2.00 for designer sunglasses w FREE SHIPPING from China; 

Now, how in the WORLD is that HELPING the poor struggling merchants here in the USA? 

Its not. It has crushed us. That single move, coupled with eBay's unwillingness to relax its profit consumption and escalating Sellers Fees is the foreshadow of Doom for many Sellers and the country as a whole. Sad.
