Just saw this shipping option new today.

My question is, does this come with tracking??

No, First Class Large Envelope does not come with tracking. If  you use it, you'll be dinged on your seller metrics.

eBay will let you select it for your listing, but they will not furnish you with a label because there is no tracking.

Because it will count against you if you DO use it, just don't use it unless you are a seller who has enough volume that the occasional ding to your metrics won't hurt your standing.
