Transaction defects

Customer agreed to cancel order.  Ebay counted my refund as if I didn't have product.  Contacted customer several times and they agreed with the cancel.  i contacted ebay a couple of times with those great 30 minute each customer service calls.   Even got buyer to call ebay to plead my case and they did.   ebay would not help.  what do i do now???  

 

Really **bleep** off at ebay for not listenting to reason.  One of many reason I never recommend selling on ebay to anybody.
