So on a couple of my orders it says in the tracking status bar it says out for delivery and it’s been stuck on that.

But in my reviews they have left me a review of the items that the status is stuck on.

what should I do???

Hi @reyscollectibles 

For collector cards please note when using  eBay standard Envelope:

eBay's Standard Envelope (ESE) is not door to door tracking.  Post office and carrier scanners do not read the code on the envelope.  ESE is Metered mail and labels are scanned on mail sorting machines.  The last scan is the machine closest to the Post Office that the envelope will be sent to for delivery to the Buyer's address.

If a Buyer files a claim that they did not receive their item you have to refund them and then pursue a claim with eBay for your loss as outlined on this Help page:  eBay standard envelope | eBay
