Hello! I ordered an item as a guest, but now that I have recovered my eBay account and am signed in, I can’t figure out how to track the item? It doesn’t show in my purchases since I purchased it as a guest, but I have the order number.

Here’s how to track your order as a guest:

  1. Find your eBay guest order confirmation email. The subject line starts with “Order Confirmed”.
  2. Select View order details.
  3. Select Show shipping details.
