Has anyone had the issue of not being able to track items even though the tracking number has been provided to you?

@salcraw83 if the seller does not answer your concerns and u don't receive your purchased item
starting the next day after the last estimated shipping date on the order, open an item not rec'd case
go to your purchase history, click on the item, click on the 'more actions' drop down menu, choose 'I didn't receive it'

@stuff4divas (Rockstar) Thank you very much! I was able to see an estimation for when I should be receiving a few of my items and waiting to hear back from one of the sellers. I'll keep checking my email for a response. If I do not receive the items when they are scheduled to arrive, I definitely follow the steps you siggested.
