Tracking item

I took a package to my local post office on November 6th to be sent out to the buyer I received the tracking information as of today she has not received the package and the tracking information indicates it never left the post office initially what do I do to resolve this

When you took the package to the post office, did you see the clerk scan the label?  I never leave a package on the counter in a designated area.  I always stand in line to have my SCAN sheet scanned.

You can click on the tracking number in your Paid & shipped folder to be taken to USPS.COM and look for the link to enter your email address to be updated.  Hopefully, that will show that the package is in transit.
