Tracking information

How do I get in touch with a live eBay worker? I need to talk to them about an item ordered that hasn't arrived. I am very frustrated. Any and all help is appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Did you first open an Item Not Received dispute?  If not, and its past the estimated delivery date, do it now.

The title of your thread is "Tracking information" ... so this begs the question, does eBay tracking show the package was delivered but you do not have it???  If that is not the case and you simply have not received it then follow the advice posted by @rfmtm
