Technical Error

I have an item (324720434586) that has been sold & delivered. My feed still shows that it needs to be shipped. I have informed E-Bay about this though the issue has not been resolved.

Did you enter the tracking number for the item?  The other option is to go to 

Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment 

Click the drop-down and select Mark as shipped.

No items are listed as awaiting shipment.
