Suspicious Purchase Issue

Hello all, I am a 10yr+ Ebayer buyer and seller. Yesterday, I purchased and paid for what was listed as a NEW Sun Joe 10" pole chainsaw. The seller was new (showed only 5 buy/sales), also appeared to be an individual not a business. The price was also considerably lower than others I had priced with also free shipping. The listing advertised Two of these for sale. I then got what I felt was an odd response:

We just have a few item and out of stock too fast by supplier.
We have edited our listing late because it is end of day and supplier does not work.

Of course I wasn't very happy because I had spent over an hour looking for one of these saws. I contacted her again and asked her how she showed two items for sale now all of the sudden none. She pretty much gave the same response. I then asked her if she would be able to get me another one. I have received no response? What does anyone else think, seems odd to me. Thanks for any feedback.
