I sold an item and and gave the buyer two option for shipping, UPS and USPS parcel select. The buyer selected USPS Parcel select over UPS Ground, even though USPS is about $30 more and uninsured. The item is 30 pounds and costs $63 to ship USPS Parcel Select and UPS ground is only $24 with $100 insurance. So I should have no issue over-riding the buyers decision to use UPS over the USPS because if it's damaged or lost, with no insurance, I'm responsible. I did offer two options and of course I'll give the buyer a refund for the difference. Thoughts?

You ship it using the option the buyer chose. You don't know what his/her reasons for paying more for that service than the other option.

If the buyer paid for USPS, that's how you ship it.
Some people don't like having to wait all day to see if UPS shows up.
