Does anyone know how to address shipping validation issues with eBay? It says that I have missed 3.
The first was a glitch in the software eBay knew about and admitted that it wouldn't hurt my seller level yet it has. The second was an order that was placed, I refunded in full due to customer needing to cancel but I clicked refund before I cancelled the order.
It has taken me me down to 88% on time.
