Shipping Media Mail

Ebay is not allowing me to print shipping labels for media mail. I have been selling Sheet Music and books since 2006 and have not had this issue before. Ebay message when I try to print labels is my items are "not eligible to ship media mail" but per USPS sheet music/printed music qualifies as media mail. I contacted Ebay twice and they said they have a system issue and working to fix. However, it has been almost a week and I still can't print labels at home. This is truly a pain.

Is anyone else having same issue?

Yes, many sellers are having the same issue - it is a system issue as they said, we don't know when it will be fixed.

You can print Media Mail labels from PayPal while waiting.
