Shipping Label always has the wrong Return Address

Hello, every single time I print out a shipping label it has my old address on it, which I have not lived at for 10 years. The address is not even listed anywhere in the Addresses section of my eBay account and I also put my correct address as the item location and the labels are still wrong. How can I expunge this address from my profile permanently? I called eBay and they were no help.

Are you able to change the ship from address on the label page before it's printed? 

I looked on mine and don't see a way to do that - it only has a link to Account to change Primary address.

So...are you sending these out with the old address on the label?

Suggest you contact eBay CS in social media instead  - they have a good team there to resolve issues.

Only use the Private DM or PM messaging - do not post publicly.

Give them your User ID, real name/address, the email associated with your account, and explain the address issue AND that you contacted eBay and they weren't able to help.

Go to your My Ebay summary page, click on the Account tab, click on Personal Information >> Addresses. There will be 5 options there.

Go to "Return address - Your main return addresses where buyers can return their items to." and edit that if necessary.
