Sent wrong package to 2 people

How do I send labels to 2 people which got each other package.

@mushpoint.  Both buyers need to  file return requests... reason wrong item sent.    You approve the return label from the request. 

Once you get the items back you refund the buyers. 

Next relist the items so they can buy them again.
