Selling only inside Europe

Hi there

I have an account on eBay.com and asigned automatically to USA.

I am located in Romania and want to sell only in United Europe region.

I prepaed a shipping table and excluded shipping list where I exclude all other areas and even North and South America. I chosed that buyers who are not in selling region do not have possibility to buy.

But yesterday I was surprised to see someone from USA that bought a item!!!

I have checked 3 times the exclusions settings and USA is there,, but even like this in shipping for my items USA appears like local shipping even if I set item location Romania.

How to set that USA do not be in shipping list in my case when my account is asigned there, please?

Since you are registered on ebay.com, the USA site, you cannot exclude buyers in the USA.  In order to do that you would need to be registered on one of the sites located in Europe, such as ebay UK, ebay France, or ebay Germany.  I would select ebay UK since you seem to use English perfectly.

Unfortunately they told that can't change the account from USA to Europe.

They advice me to open another account in Europe, but like this I loose all benefits which I have now and I have to start from 0 again. 😒

As solution for moment, I rised a lot the shipping fee in USA for make buyers do not buy.
