Hello,
I am not understanding why my selling limit is $10. I have been a Community Member since 06-06-2015

@jokinzieh A couple of things could be going on.......
Have you linked your checking account to eBay? Payouts no longer go to PayPal.
This link has the steps you can follow to set up a seller account and information on how payouts work now:

A few additional tips:
#1 Make sure that your name and address match your bank account exactly. I had to add my middle name to my eBay account. You can not use a PO box for registration but you can use it for the ship from and to addresses. Verify that here in account settings: https://accountsettings.ebay.com/profile
#2 Enter your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list
AND Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs.
#3 If you have any problems with registration here's how to contact eBay customer service.
Scroll to the bottom of the linked page, click the "Contact us" option, type "agent" into the popup chat box, and choose your contact method.

If you have already verified your checking account then this is the reason:
This is the reason for the $10 limit:
eBay has started reducing the limit on dormant seller accounts to $10 to prevent hackers from listing expensive items.
You will need to contact eBay customer service to see if they will manually increase your limits based on your past sales history. They just need to know that it's you coming back to use your account.
You will need to contact eBay customer service for assistance.
1. Select Chat with automated assistant on the left hand side of this page:

Then in the chat box on the lower right of the linked page type AGENT to talk to a live eBay customer service agent or request a call back.
If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back
2. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.

Chat took me to Jen, (Who was great), she understood after reviewing my records, then Jen identified other assistance would be needed. She brought Regine (who was also great) into the conversation. Who also reviewed the records, then quickly resolve the problem once understood.
