Seller deliberately stalling to avoid return time frame

Is the problem that you haven't received an item or that you want to return an item?

If the estimated delivery date has passed, you can report the item as not received to get your money back. (You'll find the option next to the item in your Purchase History.) If the seller doesn't refund within 3 business days, go back to the case and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.

For an eligible return, you have 30 days from receipt to open a return.
