If the search is changing your search keyword, there should be a note at the top of the results with a link to the original keyword search results.
If not, you can try putting one of your search keywords in quotes. This should force eBay to search for your literal keywords without any corrections or substitutions. That will also prevent automatic category navigation, so you may have to choose the category manually.
