You are very welcome -- have a good weekend.

eBay has been made aware of the current search issues regarding Advanced Search and searching title and description today, and I have since added a link to this thread.

The problem seems to be associated with that feature on the Advanced Search page.

There is another way to search title and description. Try a standard search of just the title. On the search results page, check the "include description" option that appears under the search bar at the top right. Then hit the search button to see your matches including title and description.

Did you try what you asked me to do?  Would you try it right now to see if it works?  Please see if you get the message that the Page Does Not Exist when you try to search "In Description."   What you asked me to do is exactly what I've been doing ... and it does not work.  Thanks for checking and getting back to me. Dave

There are two different ways to search title and description. The method using the Advanced Search is not working. The other method using the search results page does work, however.

I have tried both ways. Have you?

Yes, I've tried over and over.  Please check this for me:   https://www.ebay.com/sch/davesgreatcardsgalore/m.html?item=311754954108&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AI...

Once you get to my store, try to search my store for anything.  If you click on the Include Description box, it bombs.  Thanks. Dave

My issue is that my clients search my store for key words that are too numerous to include in the title.  Until this problem is fixed, they will not find the cards in my store that they are looking for.  I make it easy for them to find cards via HOT LINKS within my DESCRIPTIONS for Key Words.  Most of these links suddenly no longer work except for when the link is to TITLE SEARCH only.

You are right -- I am unable to search your store or your "items for sale" using a keyword and also searching title and description. At least not on ebay.com.

If I search on ebay.ca, the search does work, though, at least when using the "items for sale" link reachable on your profile page:

https://www.ebay.ca/dsc/m.html?_ssn=davesgreatcardsgalore&_armrs=1&_from=R40&_sacat=0&LH_TitleDesc=1...

For some reason the store page on ebay.ca does not appear to have a search by item description available.

The search by item description does work when doing a general keyword search, not limited to a single seller or store.

Thanks for checking.  I will try to see if the ebay tech folks can fix the problem.  Have a great weekend, and thanks again for you time on this.  Dave

It looks like the store page format has changed again. I can search your store page using the search bar at the top of the page, and once again include title and description.
