SENT folder is missing

Hello!

I haven't had access to the SENT folder for some time. It just disappeared and I don't know why or how to find it. Has anyone encountered such a problem? I have read some information on this topic in the forum but none of them apply to my problem.

The "new" message format currently does not support folders.

To see your folders, including the Sent folder, you must revert to the "classic" message format.

I'm sorry but I don't know what "new message format" means. I haven't changed anything myself, so I don't know what and where I should restore.

Are you using a browser or the app?

If you are using a desktop browser, on the new message page you should see a link to "switch back to classic view" in the lower right corner. If you are using the classic page, there should be a link in the upper right saying "We've updated messaging. Try it now". If you are using the classic page, the link to the sent folder is here:

That link will not work if you are using the "new" page.

If you are using the eBay app, the new message screen has a link to the "Classic view" in the upper right. If you are on the classic screen, there is a link to the new message page that says "Try it now".

The classic screen has a link to the Sent folder at the top; the new message screen does not.
