How does one get in touch with a person ??? 

buyer had many photos & dimensions of item - he ordered it from Chile only to find HIS watch and crown is different-- how am I suppose to know that when he purchased. 

now- Ebay is giving him full refund and I should pay return ship fee  ??? WHY???

@wman4315  If this shipped with the eBay International Shipping Program then you should NOT have to refund the buyer or pay any return shipping.   You are only responsible for items direct shipped to the buyer.  I see that you have EIS on your listings. 

Part of the EIS program is that eBay refunds buyers even for not as described refund requests.   And you keep the sale.
