Warning NEW SCAM seller sells you an item but it does not show up on your Purchase page till next day by then they took your money  and tracking will say Label cancelled and you will not get item or your money back and ebay says its OK...???

If it is in your purchase history, you should be able to open a not received claim claim as soon as the estimated delivery date has passed.  It is not enough to buy a label - it has to show delivery.

After the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.

The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund.  If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
