Returning a wrong item

Hi. Maybe someone can chime in and help me understand. I was authorized a return for a wrong item sent. And I have been refunded for the item.

I get an email from ebay to print my return label and ship by 1-26-22. However, I click that link in my email and it comes to my return screen with the details of my return, but no "button" to "print return label". Can anyone chime in on this and help me understand? Is the seller basically letting me keep the item? Thank you.

No, the seller is not letting you keep the item, otherwise they would have told you so.

Contact the seller and let them know what is going on.

Try a different browser, open the message in your private email address, try a different tech device

Is it possible that the opportunity to print the shipping label stops once a refund is given?  OP said they were already refunded.

I have checked it on multiple devices and no option exists to print a return label even though I get a message from ebay "print your shipping label and return to the seller". When I open that link, there is nothing to print. eBay has considered it "closed". Probably due to the fact that I already have my refund.

Oh, and I did reach out to the seller and asked for a return shipping label and thanking them for the refund, I got no reply back from them. Nothing. Crickets. Silent.
