How does a person get an answer on a return request. I asked for a refund so seller opened a case now almost 2 weeks later with no resolution. Can't seem to find any contact to ebay other than automatic answers. What should I do

Sellers don't open return cases, buyers do. Once you open a case, the seller can respond to it.

Did you check your seller's return policy on the listing description (found on the Shipping, returns, and payments tab)?

Did you file for a refund through Ebay or just contact the seller about it?
