I have a customer that is a pain. She bought a ring. When she got it she said it was "to white". In my listing it says it is made with
Sterling Silver-Color White. I also have a 20% restocking fee to try to stop things like this. And buyer pays for returns. Well she requested a refund saying the ring "doesn't match the description". I have a company I buy from and I use their pics and descriptions. Looks to me like she is just trying to save the 20% fee. And have me pay return shipping! Any advise? I still have not recieved the ring. Thanks in advance.
