Return problem

Seller closed return option after i asked to return the item.I need to speak to an ebay agent but i can’t find a phone number.

What was the reason for the return?

What is the sellers return policy?

If you started a return and it was closed, you can't reopen it or start another one on Ebay.

If you paid through Pay Pal, you can open a case with them.

Can you clarify something please, Sellers cannot close Buyer return requests but they can, in some circumstances, Decline a return request.  Was the item listed with No returns accepted and if so what is the reason you are trying to use for the return request???

The item price is 18.00 and i must pay for the return to China??

I don’t think it is worth the trouble just for 18.00.
