I have a buyer that wants to return an item after the return window has closed. If I issue him a refund it doesn't look like my seller fees will be credited. I pride myself on my feedback. I want to make it right for the buyer. What do I do?

@atthegame* tell them to return it and once received u will refund them
this can be done thru the drop down menu next to the sold item by clicking on 'send refund'

I did that already. But, when issue the refund, it doesn't look like I will get my seller fees back.
