Return Request Question

I recently sold a container of beard oil to a gentleman.  He has requested a return which was granted automatically.  How do I handle a return of a partially used item that the customer stated, "I just don't like it".?

When you accept returns, you accept all returns - that is why the return was automatically granted.  

Since you are top rated, you will have the option of deducting up to 50% of the item price from the refund.
