Reply with Offer

An potential buyer has exhausted his allowed # of offers and so messaged me with an offer. I replied to him using the "reply with offer" button. He said "deal, how do I pay for it".  I assumed there would be an accept offer in the message I sent. Anyone know?

I have received offers from sellers, and all I had to do was click on "accept offer" and then it took me to the page to pay.

I received a message from Ebay regarding the seller's offer and it was in My Ebay under "Bids and Offers"
