Reopen a return request closed by me

As a seller I declined a return request and now decided to go ahead with the return. How do I go about this? Can I reopen the return request or start a new one? I need to send a return label to the buyer and only way I can see to do that is under the return request which is now closed.

A closed Return Request cannot be reopened.

Ok thanks. Do you know how i can send a return label to the customer other than through the return request?
