Relist Error Message

For several days now, I have been getting the following error message when I attempt to Relist an item. What's going on? I've tried it on multiple computers that are hardwired (not WiFi). Is something wrong with my account? Blacklisted?

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies or a different browser to see if that helps?

Thank you for your suggestion. I've both cleared my cache as well as all browsing data for the last 4 weeks in Chrome, and I also tried using Firefox (which I hardly ever use, and never with eBay), but got the same error message.
