I've done the correct steps to refund a buyers' recent purchase. I received a message in a RED banner that says "REFUND DID GO THRU. Contact us."
I can't find anything other that the AUTOMATED chat-type service, that takes me back to the screen that didn't work.
How do I "contact us"?

At the link below, you can request a call back from eBay by clicking Have us call you on the left side of the page. If you don't see that option, click Chat with our automated assistant. Then type "agent" at the bottom in the chat box. You'll see an option to request a call back there.
