Is there a way to reverse a refund? I’m trying to find a way to contact eBay with no luck. I refunded the wrong person. Thanks in advance!

Sorry, there's no way to reverse a refund.
You can contact the buyer and let them you know you made a mistake and see if they'll repay.
If they will, you can send them an invoice through Pay Pal.
