Refund

Hi!

The buyer made a purchase but the product was listed incorrectly, the buyer wants to make a return but I can't do it because there are not enough funds in the balance since eBay charged fee and I have a negative balance.

Because of this I can't make a return. Please tell me what to do in this case?
