Were the shoes shipped directly to you from the seller or did they go through the authenticity guaranty program where the seller shipped to the authenticator and they shipped to you. It may be possible that the authenticator made a mistake when they sent on the shoes after authentication. If the seller shipped directly to you then file an "Item not as described" case within 30 days of receipt.
