Question about a partial refund

I sold a set of six glasses and buyer is claiming two of them were damaged during shipping. He is claiming he doesn't know how to attach a photo with the message he sent through ebay  and he is wanting my personal email address to send the photo. Please advise. I am not comfortable giving the buyer my email address. Thanks.

You are in a transaction with the buyer, so there is no problem submitting your email address.  It sounds like your buyer knows how to send photos using email, but not how to do it using ebay.  Once the photos are submitted, you can offer a partial refund if the buyer wants to keep the unbroken glasses.
